Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the role of human resource management at PT Triputri Mangun Sejahtera Medan City is influential in improving employee performance and to analyze human resource development efforts at PT Triputri Mangun Sejahtera Medan City in improving employee performance. The research design method in this study is to use a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews and. Data analysis techniques with data collection, data reduction, data models and conclusion drawing. The results showed that variable X, namely the Role of Human Resource Management, had a Positive and Significant effect on employee performance at PT Triputri Mangun Sejahtera Medan City and the role of human resource management at PT Triputri Mangun Sejahtera Medan City played an important role in improving employee performance. With the application of the role of human resource management, employees are maximized in doing their work effectively and efficiently.
