Abstract

This research aims to analyze pro human resource management for generation Z so that it can increase its performance productivity. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and data was collected through a literature review from previous research and also a question and answer discussion with generation Z employees. The results of the research show that in increasing their performance productivity, generation Z employees tend to want a comfortable work environment, positive work motivation, and providing compensation that is appropriate and in accordance with the contribution made by generation Z employees themselves to the company.
