Abstract

This study aims to analyze the recruitment and selection patterns implemented by PT. Trijaya Pratama Futures, a 
leading company in the futures trading sector. The research methodology employs a qualitative approach with a 
case study to gather data. Information was collected through in-depth interviews with human resources managers 
and surveys of new employees who have undergone the recruitment process. The results show that PT. Trijaya 
Pratama Futures employs a comprehensive and multi-layered recruitment pattern, including key stages such as 
initial screening, competency tests, behavioral interviews, and employee orientation program. Additionally, the 
company leverages technology in the selection process, such as an applicant tracking system (ATS) to enhance 
efficiency and selection accuracy. It was found that this approach not only helps in selecting the right candidates 
but also improves employee retention. This research provides an in-depth view of recruitment and selection 
practices that can serve as a reference for other companies in developing effective human resources strategies.
