Abstract

Human resources and work are inseparable entities in a company. Both go hand in hand and have high dependence. Company management needs to conduct a job analysis along with planning the human resources
that will fill the formation or do the job. Therefore, job analysis and HR planning provide direction for management to determine the right method in the recruitment process. Thus, they can get the right people to
fill the right positions. This article aims to examine and explain the effect of job analysis and HR planning on recruitment methods. With the literature study conducted, it is concluded that the variables of job analysis and
HR planning have a significant influence on recruitment methods. Job analysis is an important part of human resource management activities because it is one of the determinants of the success of an organization. Job
analysis is a systematic activity in examining a job by determining the duties, obligations and responsibilities of a job, the knowledge, abilities and skills needed to perform work in an organization.
