Abstract

One of the key factors in achieving the goals of a company or institution is assessing the extent of employee performance. Human resource optimization is crucial for reaching these goals. Effective human resource
planning can minimize the risks and challenges faced by the company, while job enrichment can enhance task efficiency and job descriptions within the organization. The results of multiple linear regression analysis conclude
that job enrichment has a more crucial impact on employee performance at PT Berjaya Group compared to human resource planning.
