Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach to explore human resource (HR) planning strategies at Gerai Kobar, a business in the food and beverage sector. The main focus of research includes analyzing human resource needs, employee development, meeting employee needs, workforce diversification, and performance monitoring and evaluation. Kobar outlets face various challenges, including changes in the business environment, economic uncertainty, demographic changes and technological challenges. However, through good HR planning, companies can optimize opportunities such as innovation, improving employee skills, improving performance and diversifying the workforce. The research results show that holistic and adaptive HR planning strategies play an important role in achieving optimal organizational performance amidst constantly changing business dynamics. The practical implications of these findings may help similar organizations to improve the effectiveness of their HR strategies.
