Peer Review Process

  1. Submission: Authors submit their manuscripts electronically through the journal's online submission system, adhering to the submission guidelines and formatting requirements.

  2. Initial Screening: Upon submission, the editorial team conducts an initial screening to ensure that the manuscript meets the journal's scope and formatting guidelines. Manuscripts that pass this initial check proceed to the peer review process.

  3. Peer Review Assignment: The editor-in-chief assigns each manuscript to at least two qualified reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. Reviewers are selected based on their knowledge, experience, and impartiality.

  4. Peer Review: Reviewers critically evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, significance, methodology, clarity, and adherence to ethical standards. They provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to help authors strengthen their work.

  5. Editorial Decision: After receiving the reviewers' comments, the editor-in-chief makes an editorial decision on the manuscript. This decision may include acceptance, revision, or rejection. Authors are notified of the decision along with the reviewers' comments and suggestions.

  6. Revision (if applicable): If revisions are requested, authors are given a specific timeline to address the reviewers' comments and revise their manuscript accordingly. Revised manuscripts may undergo additional rounds of review if necessary.

  7. Final Decision: Following the revision process, the editor-in-chief evaluates the revised manuscript and decides whether it is acceptable for publication. Accepted manuscripts proceed to the production stage.

  8. Publication: Accepted manuscripts are copyedited, formatted, and published online on the journal's website. Authors receive a publication notification along with a link to their published article.

  9. Post-Publication Review: After publication, articles may continue to be evaluated and discussed by the academic community through post-publication comments, citations, and further research.

  10. Continuous Improvement: The editorial team regularly reviews and evaluates the peer review process to ensure its effectiveness, fairness, and transparency. Feedback from authors, reviewers, and readers is solicited and used to refine and improve the peer review process over time.
